Our Academy Program
Our Academy program will help improve the development of the elite Kansan player by providing top level training and a consistently competitive game schedule. Moving towards an environment where they are practicing with other elite players and playing high-level, meaningful and competitive matches every week, will provide them with a consistent setting that will allow them to learn and develop at a much higher rate.
The idea of the Academy Program is to take the elite players in an specific age group and put them in a place where we can make sure they are getting the appropriate training and competitive matches, so they can develop and reach their full potential. Getting the chance to be a part of that elite environment wasn’t always available at the independent team level, at least not on a consistent basis.
By taking on this model, these great players are going to become our elite players because they will be training and competing in a high-level environment where they can push each other and develop. The Academy will be the main place for elite players to play and develop.
